God My Courage

 Psalm 23:4

"Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me."

Psalm 56:3-4

"When I am afraid, I put my trust in you. In God, whose word I praise, in God I trust; I shall not be afraid. What can flesh do to me?"

     Pssst. A question: are you bored with this confining, plastic world of artificial intelligence and cold social media relationships? 

     If so, I'm offering to lead you to someone that doesn't offer excitement, danger, love, and emotion-filled adventure - he guarantees it - in writing - God and his inspired word, the Bible, indeed the greatest story ever told. 

     Don't walk into some church and sit down like some yawning zombie. Stay right where you are. Get down on your knees and say in your most sincere voice, "My Lord Jesus Christ, I give you my entire being to do whatever is needed to accomplish our Father's will. I believe that you are the only way to the Father. I believe you are the one true son of the God of Israel, the only God. Also, I believe that you died on that cross, and three days later, you were resurrected and taken into heaven after being seen by more than 500 witnesses. Take me as your slave. Change me into a living, loving example of you, my Lord. Give me the courage and direction to serve as you served in your time upon this earth in human form." 

     Then fasten your seat belt, for your life will change, and you will not recognize yourself even a year later. Say all those things with a sincere heart and seek him always. Your life has taken on a powerful purpose and direction through the Lord Jesus Christ, who will take your hand and lead you to his Father, the God of Israel, and a new you. Love you all! Amen.

 

 

The Tomb is Empty

 The tombs empty - time to get to work! Two angels appeared after the ascension of Jesus Christ saying, "Men of Galilee, they said, "why do you stand here looking into the sky? This same Jesus, who has been taken from you into heaven, will come back in the same way you saw him go into heaven." Acts 1:11

Even after his ascension to heaven, Jesus is fulfilling prophecy. He must leave, so the Holy Spirit will return to live within each faithful disciple, then and forever. Have faith,
or the end times will sneak up on you who are unprepared. Love you all!

 

John 14:27 NIV

Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid." 

Our Lord didn't include words like "try not to be," "maybe," "sometimes," or "for a while." He doesn't give as the world gives. Love you all!

"I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble.  But take heart! I have overcome the world."

 

 

 

 

Which group is in charge?

 This group possesses vast material wealth.

 

This group is the wealthiest and most powerful of the two groups, in spite of what you might think. This group is composed of South Sudanese Christians. Their kingdom is heavenly and ruled by their Father, God. He built and owns the earth that all those in the royal group built their mansions upon.

 The Pharaohs found out who is in charge.

SMALL REVISION IN BOOK SCHEDULE

 

     The publishing business has changed greatly over my lifetime. Whether That change is good or bad is not the question here. The question is can I adjust to the new anti-Christian thinking quietly penetrating even Christian publishing? "Sir, your writing contains a staggering amount of antique Christian uttering - out-of-date rubbish. If you persist in such outlandish notions, we shall have you muzzled like the dog you are." Watch out, dogs bite. I would rather be a dog for God than the king of Hell.

     Should the Bible be adjusted to modern ideology? Of course not, for truth is truth always. Truth comes from God, not man. I write for God, not for money or personal glory. Therefore, I shall not adjust my writing, merely the timeframe in which it will be published. 

     Don't you want to be on the right side? The right side that is winning, though looking as if losing. Do you not want to believe the truth backed by thousands of years of history? Myths? Every promise in the Bible has been fulfilled, both Old and New Testament. 

     Do you want to be loved? Without love, you are nothing. Faith in Jesus Christ means you are loved, eternally. 

     Life? You cannot truly have life on your terms. You must submit to a loving God though faith in Jesus Christ. Otherwise, the result is death. Do you want a few years of worldly HAPPINESS, or eternal life? God leaves it up to you. 

     As for me, I choose to serve my loving Lord Jesus Christ. Nothing is more exciting and fulfilling. Love you all!

Character Development

     

     We are a rough match when we are first converted. Not to worry. With time spent in the Lord's domain surrounded by the Holy Spirit, you will begin to notice subtle changes. Others will begin to notice those subtle changes. A very godly pastor, Alan Redpath, said, "The conversion of a soul is the miracle of a moment, but the manufacture of a saint is the task of a lifetime." Patience and persistence, my brothers and sisters in Christ. Our Lord said nothing about perfection in conversion. It is about faith. He will bring unimaginable changes to you if you have faith. With prayer and a budding relationship with our Lord, there will come painfully slow changes to God-likeness. 

     From experience, I write these things. No person was any dirtier than I when the miracle of conversion came upon me. If our Lord Jesus can love and save me, He will surely save you.

     Our Lord is our divine Director of Character Development. If you persist, so will He. We humans have a lot of sin to wash away from our soiled souls. Love you all.
